August 30: New Market

We hanged out in New Market and did shopping. I bought a couple of cds. Darcy bought the Evil Dead game for her X-box and Aunt Debbie jokingly tried to throw it out the window ‘cause she said it was too violent. Also, we went to an auction. No pictures.

August 29: Toronto

We (me, Darcy, Mom, Dad, Aunt Debbie and Uncle Frank) drove into Toronto for the day. We visited the Royal Ontario Museum and my cousin Megan.

This is the AIDS monument outside the museum. To be honest, I wanted a picture because the graffiti interested.

We were disappointed at the lack of Dinosaur bones…

Though they did have some nice mummies…

And suits of armor.

There was a real interesting section about the evolution of style. It was a timeline from the Medieval period to the Victorian period. Unfortunately, we didn’t take any pictures.

August 28: London to New Market

Still no pictures.

We drove from London to New Market and stayed at a motel so we could visist with Aunt Debbie and Uncle Frank.

That night Darcy and Mom went to a horror movie (they were not impressed with) while I went shopping a Super Store with my Dad, Aunt and Uncle. I also felt like I was coming down with a cold, so I stocked up on orange juice and lozenges.

August 27: Simcoe to London

Sorry, no pictures for today.

We drove into London and saw my grandparents. We went out for
supper at Montana’s and had all you can eat ribs. Darcy maintains
she could have eaten more. That night we stayed at Heather and
Jamie’s.

Happy Novemeber 1st!

So, it's here. It's finally here. The day I start to write my novel. I already have 1700 words. Woot!

Yesterday was a blast. IVCF went trick-o-treating for non-perisiable food items for the UNBC student food bank. I dressed up as Samara (sp?) from The Ring. I was going to go as a woman in white but Darcy thought the wig made me look like a creepy girl who crawls out of wells and television sets.

Darcy and a bunch of her friends dressed up as the Endless from the Sandman graphic novel. Apparently they took looks of pictures, so I can't wait to see them.
